I’ve never seen a sight quite as beautiful and radiant as you. You were glowing a deep blue to set the mood of blissful awareness. We felt the pulsing energy around us. Dancing and whirling to the beat from our very hearts. Laughing at the joke of life that everyone takes a bit too seriously. You turned and said to me “When I look at you, it makes me want to touch you. When I touch you, it makes me want to hold you. As I’m holding you, I remember how much I want to look at you again… and it starts all over.” We run through the space between us filling it with our bodies, and fill the time ahead of us with conversation. And when everything slows down a bit, and mellows out, I realize that our love will last an eternity, but you only ate those things a couple hours ago, and this trip has hardly begun.
